Ms Le Ly Hayslip

A true story of courage and survival of Vietnamese-American humanitarian Le Ly Hayslip – Oliver Stone’s “Heaven & Earth”.

For one night only, OneDegreeAsia proudly presents the premiere uncut release of the film “Heaven & Earth” by acclaimed director Oliver Stone. With guest appearance by Ms Le Ly Hayslip, this screening is in aid of the Young Leaders Foundation, and supported by The Substation and Cathay.

UNIFEM NC Singapore will be organizing a lunch session with Ms Aegile Fernandez of Tenaganita. She will be sharing with us on Tenaganita’s work and how we should work together in strengthening our network to assist migrant and trafficked women and children. Tenaganita is one of the strongest Non-Profit Group in Malaysia working on trafficking of women and children, migrant workers and women’s rights.
