ABOUT THE EVENT

On 14th October 2007, UNIFEM Singapore will launch a fundraising sale of new as well as lightly-used designer fashion wear apparel donated by leading fashion retailers and by some of Singapore’s trendiest and most generous socialites, celebrities and professional women.

Called the “Buy to Save” Sale, the event is part of a broader initiative to mark International Day for the Elimination of Violence Towards Women on November 25.

Funds raised will go towards UNIFEM Singapore in its efforts to stop violence against women in Singapore and around the world. UNIFEM Singapore’s focus this year is on trafficking of women and children.
